The Irresistible Force Met the Immovable Object

Once upon a time, two bloggers stumbled across each other online. (Actually I didn’t so much as stumble across you as was told “Come look at this post and fucking help me!” ~Paul) The two clashed over a blog post, and then went their separate ways. (I swore I’d never read him again. Then he subscribed to me, and kept coming back! ~Sara)

A few months later, Paul started vidcasting. (And she started stalking, it wasn’t long before I had my very own groupie.~Paul) Sara tuned in to watch, and they began what would become daily chats. Daily chats soon turned into daily Skype calls, and before you know it, they realized what had started as an online friendship had turned into way more than either had bargained for.

Given that he was living in Denmark at the time and she was in the US, the whole thing seemed nuts. (“And the fact that we were both..umm, otherwise involved? Made it all the more impossible.” ~Sara) Still, the two knew what was between them was not something they could walk away from, and Paul made arrangements for them to meet in Chicago for SOBCon 08.

What followed was a weekend of work, fun, and the realization they couldn’t be without each other. With all the odds against them, Sara and Paul started the tremendously rocky and unbelievably long road to making a life together. (“Three kids, two divorces, one trans-Atlantic move..piece of cake!”~Sara)

Now over a year later, two of the world’s most stubborn and opinionated bloggers join forces as they join their lives to bring you the epitome of irreverent and irrelevant blogs.

The result: PaulandSara.us, where normality stopped by, and we pointed and laughed till it ran crying home to mommy (“Who then bitch slapped it for being a wimp”~Paul).
